6 Week Off-Season Strength & Conditioning Program
Come and build your strength, power, speed & fitness to get on the front foot for your next season!
Using the training styles of many professional sports, we’ll teach you the correct techniques & educate you on exactly why we choose the exercises that we do. We’ll cover weight training, plyometrics, sprinting & fitness, while also adding some fun competition with small sided games. The skills that you’ll learn in this program will continue to serve you well after the training block is over. You’ll feel more prepared than ever & will be well on your way to a great new season ahead!
When: Starting on the 5th of November 2018
- Group 1 – Monday & Wednesday afternoons at 4:30pm + Friday morning at 6am
- Group 2 – Tuesday & Thursday afternoons at 4:30pm + Friday morning at 6am
- Athletes of any sport can join!
- Program only available to those aged 13 years & older
